Event Details:
The Hearts & Soles Family Fun Run and 5k is an annual Olympia-area community event and fundraiser to support local causes and charities. This year, all donations will go to support The Crisis Clinic of Thurston & Mason Counties, a trusted source of hope and support in our community for more than 50 years. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, trained local Crisis Advocates provide anonymous and confidential emotional support, crisis intervention, and connections to community resources for anyone facing mental health challenges, substance use concerns, emotional distress, or simply a moment that feels overwhelming. The Crisis Clinic also provides community education and training, helping ensure that when someone in our community needs help, there is always someone ready to listen and connect them with the support they need.
